Businesses without a specific design can still start ordering uniforms as usual. Nhất Khoa’s design team helps with initial ideas, builds a mockup based on the brand colors and logo, and then sends it back so the customer can give feedback and request revisions completely free of charge before production begins.

Customers who already have a reference — as an image, a physical sample, or a design file — can also send it directly so the factory can adapt it to the available materials and sewing techniques.

The workshop offers two main types of sizing charts: a unisex fit with a straight cut, suitable for both men and women, and a women-specific fit, designed with a slight taper at the waist and midsection for a more flattering silhouette.

• Poly Aircool: 100% polyester; breathable, moisture-wicking, and retains its shape even after multiple washes.
• Cotton Mix (65/35): A blend of cotton and polyester; soft, wrinkle-resistant, and holds its shape well.
• 100% Cotton: Highly absorbent and soft; ideal for premium-quality uniforms.
• Eco-Cafe Pique: Made from recycled coffee grounds; offers odor control and UV protection, and is environmentally friendly.

School uniforms are typically made from cotton, polyester, or a cotton blend (65/35). Cotton is soft and highly absorbent, while polyester enhances durability and color retention; a cotton blend combines the advantages of both, offering an optimal balance of comfort and durability for students’ daily use.

Workwear uniforms primarily utilize two types of fabric. 65/35 khaki is the most common choice, valued for its high durability, colorfastness, and good sweat-absorbent properties. Premium stretch khaki, while more expensive, offers a smoother texture and excellent elasticity, making it well-suited for work environments that require frequent movement and flexible physical activity.
