III. Delivery Address Requirements
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
Recipient name
The customer provides it in full and accurately.
Phone number
Provide a phone number that can be reached during the delivery period.
Delivery address
Provide the address accurately and completely.
Additional information
Provide any other information needed to support delivery, if applicable.
Changes before delivery
The customer notifies Nhất Khoa early so that support can be provided.
Changes after handover to the carrier
May result in additional time and costs.
Costs due to information changes
Costs arising from the customer’s change requests will be discussed and agreed by both parties before being carried out.
Tracking number / tracking link
Nhất Khoa provides a tracking number or link so the customer can conveniently track the order.
IV. Packaging and Goods Safety
Every order is carefully inspected and packed before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
Product inspection
Nhất Khoa inspects products before packing and handover.
Packaging
Products are packed to suit the characteristics and quantity of each order.
Bulk orders
Products are sorted, arranged, and packed by group to make counting easier.
Handover
Goods are handed over to the shipping carrier according to the confirmed delivery information.
Goods safety
Nhất Khoa works with the shipping carrier to minimize risks during delivery as much as possible.
Support on request
Nhất Khoa can pack according to the customer’s specific needs: boxes, sacks, zip bags, etc.
V. Delayed Deliveries
Some unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery time. Nhất Khoa always proactively notifies you and works to resolve them.
- Bad weather, natural disasters — delivery time may be adjusted according to the actual situation.
- Traffic conditions — the shipping carrier may adjust the delivery time.
- Force majeure events — both parties work together to agree on a suitable solution.
- Hard-to-reach addresses, special areas — delivery may take longer than expected.
- Carrier incidents — Nhất Khoa works with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customer changes the address — may result in additional time and costs.

Customer changes the receiving schedule — delivery time is adjusted to the newly agreed schedule.
Nhất Khoa delivers directly or through its own shipping partners. If products are shipped through a carrier designated by the customer and are delayed, the matter is beyond Nhất Khoa’s control. Nhất Khoa will proactively notify the customer and work together on a suitable delivery solution.
