Receiving, verifying, and handling warranty, return, and complaint requests, or issues that arise when using the product.
Improving service quality
Analyzing information to improve product quality, service processes, and the customer experience.
Legal compliance
Using information within the scope permitted by Vietnamese law, and not carrying out or supporting any unlawful acts.

II. Use of Customers’ Images, Logos, and Brand Information
Your images and brand identity assets always belong to you — we only use them with your consent.
Ownership of images and logos
Nhất Khoa respects the ownership and usage rights over the customer’s images, logos, brand name, and other identity assets.
Use in communications
Product images, brand logos, or customer feedback are used for communications, product showcases, or project presentations only with the customer’s consent.
Scope of use
Images or logos are used only within the scope and for the purposes the customer has approved.
III. Handling Defective and Leftover Products
Products found defective in production are handled responsibly while still protecting the customer’s brand confidentiality.
Permitted
Products that are defective during production may be used by Nhất Khoa for community, charitable, or suitable social programs.
Not permitted
Nhất Khoa does not use products bearing the customer’s logo or brand identity information for commercial or promotional purposes without permission.
