1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and adjust fashion patterns in accordance with standards.
- Responsible for pattern grading and creating production markers on the computer system.
- Finalize technical samples and coordinate closely with the sample-sewing department.
- Work with the production department to implement processes and ensure the accuracy of technical specifications.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 01 year of experience in pattern design, pattern grading, or marker making.
- Proficient in pattern design software (especially Gerber).
- Careful, meticulous, and with a high sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
